سياسة الخصوصية

نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق Kaskalba («التطبيق»)، وكيف نستخدمها، وحقوقك تجاهها. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على ما ورد فيها.

١. تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google

يتطلّب استخدام التطبيق تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google. عند تسجيل الدخول نحصل من Google على: اسمك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ومُعرّف حسابك. نستخدم هذه المعلومات لإنشاء حسابك، وحفظ تقدّمك، وربطه بك حتى تتابع التعلّم من أي جهاز. لا نحصل على كلمة مرورك ولا على أي بيانات أخرى من حسابك.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب (من Google).
• الأسئلة التعريفية (مرة واحدة): الدولة، الجنس، الفئة العمرية، هدفك من التعلّم، والمستوى الذي تطمح إليه.
• بيانات التعلّم: إجاباتك على التمارين (صحيحة أم خاطئة)، الدروس والمستويات التي تفتحها وتكملها، نتائج الامتحانات والتحدّي اليومي، وسلسلة الاستمرارية.
• نماذج الامتحانات: إجاباتك التفصيلية في نماذج محاكاة امتحان الدولة وامتحان الدستور (السؤال، وما اخترته، وهل كان صحيحاً) ودرجاتك فيها.
• السيناريوهات التفاعلية: الخيارات التي تختارها في المحادثة، ونتيجة السيناريو، وتقدّمك في تدريب النطق (نسبة التطابق وعدد المحاولات — لا الصوت نفسه).
• ملاحظاتك: ما ترسله عبر «شاركنا رأيك» أو «تواصل معنا».
• إعدادات التطبيق: مثل لغة الواجهة ووقت التذكير — تُحفظ على جهازك.
• بيانات الجهاز: نظام التشغيل وإصداره، الشركة المصنّعة وطراز الجهاز، إصدار التطبيق، لغة الجهاز والمنطقة الزمنية، ومقاس الشاشة.
• بيانات الاستخدام: أوقات فتح التطبيق ومدّة الجلسات والشاشات التي تزورها. إذا سجّلت الدخول من أكثر من هاتف، نربط حسابك بكل جهاز لحماية حسابك ولفهم طريقة الاستخدام.
• بيانات الاشتراك: الباقة والخطة المشتراة، السعر والعملة، تاريخ الشراء وتاريخ الانتهاء المتوقّع، ورقم العملية من Google Play.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا ملفاتك، ولا نصل إلى الكاميرا. أمّا الميكروفون فيُستخدم في تدريب النطق الاختياري فقط، وفق التفصيل في القسم التالي.

٣. الميكروفون وتدريب النطق

يتضمّن قسم السيناريوهات تدريباً اختيارياً على النطق: يقرأ التطبيق دور المحدّث، وتردّ أنت بصوتك، فيمنحك نسبة تطابق مع الجملة الصحيحة.

• متى يُفتح الميكروفون: أثناء ضغطك المطوّل على زر التسجيل فقط، ويُغلق فور رفع إصبعك. لا يعمل في الخلفية ولا في أي قسم آخر.
• كيف يُعالَج الصوت: يُحوَّل كلامك إلى نص عبر خدمة التعرّف على الكلام المدمجة في نظام هاتفك (Google)، وتخضع تلك المعالجة لسياسة خصوصية Google الخاصة بخدمات النظام.
• ما لا نفعله: لا نسجّل صوتك، ولا نرفعه إلى خوادمنا، ولا نحفظه، ولا نشاركه مع أي جهة. لا يوجد أي ملف صوتي يخرج من جهازك إلينا.
• ما نحفظه: أرقام فقط — نسبة التطابق وعدد المحاولات وهل اجتزت الجملة — لقياس تقدّمك في النطق.
• التحكّم: يمكنك رفض إذن الميكروفون أو سحبه لاحقاً من إعدادات الهاتف؛ يبقى كل ما عدا تدريب النطق يعمل بشكل كامل.

٤. كيف نستخدم البيانات

• تشغيل التطبيق: حفظ تقدّمك ومزامنته مع حسابك، وتحديد المحتوى المتاح لك حسب اشتراكك.
• تحسين المحتوى: معرفة الدروس الصعبة والأسئلة التي يخطئ فيها المتعلّمون كثيراً.
• البحث الأكاديمي: تُحلَّل البيانات ضمن مشروع تخرّج جامعي في تحليل البيانات لدراسة كيفية تعلّم اللغة. تُعالج البيانات في هذا السياق بشكل مجمّع أو بأسماء مستعارة، ولا تُنشر أي نتائج تكشف هويّتك الشخصية.

٥. الاشتراكات والمشتريات

يوفّر التطبيق محتوى مجانياً للتجربة (أول ثلاثة مستويات وأول ثلاثة سيناريوهات وأول نموذج من فئة A1/A2)، وثلاث باقات مدفوعة منفصلة:

• باقة التعلّم والسيناريوهات: شهرية أو سنوية، تتجدّد تلقائياً ويمكن إلغاؤها في أي وقت من Google Play.
• باقة محاكاة امتحان الدولة: أسبوع أو شهر، دفعة لمرة واحدة بلا تجديد تلقائي.
• باقة امتحان الدستور: شهر واحد، دفعة لمرة واحدة بلا تجديد تلقائي.

الباقات المدفوعة مسبقاً تنتهي بانتهاء مدّتها دون أي خصم جديد، وتجديدها يتم بشرائها مرة أخرى بإرادتك. تُدار كل عمليات الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد عبر Google Play وفق سياساتها.

٦. أين تُحفظ البيانات ومن يصل إليها

تُحفظ البيانات بشكل آمن لدى خدمة Supabase (قاعدة بيانات سحابية) وتُنقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). الوصول محميّ بقواعد أمان، ولا يطّلع على البيانات إلا فريق التطبيق للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه. مزوّدو الخدمة الذين نعتمد عليهم تقنياً: Google (تسجيل الدخول، الفوترة، والتعرّف على الكلام في نظام الهاتف) وSupabase (التخزين).

٧. مدّة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند طلب حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية، وقد نحتفظ ببيانات مجهولة الهوية (لا يمكن ربطها بك) لأغراض إحصائية وبحثية.

٨. حقوقك

وفق اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) وغيرها من القوانين، لك الحق في: الاطّلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وطلب حذفها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. يمكنك تسجيل الخروج من صفحة «الحساب» داخل التطبيق، كما يمكنك إيقاف جمع بيانات الاستخدام في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية (لن يؤثر ذلك على تقدّمك أو اشتراكك). لطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو حذفها بالكامل راسلنا على support@kaskalba.com وسننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

٩. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً. إذا علمنا أنّنا جمعنا بيانات من طفل دون هذه السنّ دون موافقة وليّ الأمر، فسنحذفها فوراً.

١٠. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تغيير هنا وداخل التطبيق مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what data the Kaskalba app ("the App") collects, how we use it, and your rights over it. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Signing in with Google

Using the App requires signing in with a Google account. When you sign in we receive from Google: your name, email address, and account identifier. We use this to create your account, save your progress, and link it to you so you can continue learning from any device. We never receive your password or any other data from your account.

2. The data we collect

• Account data: name, email, and account identifier (from Google).
• One-time profile questions: country, gender, age group, your learning goal, and the level you aim for.
• Learning data: your exercise answers (correct or not), the lessons and levels you unlock and complete, exam and daily-challenge results, and your streak.
• Exam models: your individual answers in the state-exam simulation and constitution models (the question, what you chose, and whether it was right) and your scores.
• Interactive scenarios: the choices you make in the dialogue, the scenario score, and your speaking-practice progress (match score and number of attempts — not the audio itself).
• Your feedback: what you send through "Send Feedback" or "Contact Us".
• App settings: such as interface language and reminder time — stored on your device.
• Device data: operating system and version, manufacturer and model, app version, device language and time zone, and screen size.
• Usage data: when the app is opened, how long sessions last, and which screens you visit. If you sign in on more than one phone, we link your account to each device to protect your account and understand usage.
• Subscription data: the package and plan purchased, the price and currency, the purchase date and expected end date, and the Google Play order id.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or files, and we never access your camera. The microphone is used only for the optional pronunciation practice, as detailed in the next section.

3. Microphone and speaking practice

The scenarios section includes optional pronunciation practice: the app speaks one role, you reply with your voice, and you get a match score against the target sentence.

• When the microphone opens: only while you hold the record button, and it closes the moment you lift your finger. It never runs in the background or in any other section.
• How the audio is processed: your speech is converted to text by the speech-recognition service built into your phone (Google); that processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy for system services.
• What we do not do: we never record your voice, upload it to our servers, store it, or share it with anyone. No audio file ever leaves your device for us.
• What we store: numbers only — the match score, the number of attempts, and whether you passed the sentence — to measure your speaking progress.
• Your control: you can refuse the microphone permission or revoke it later in your phone settings; everything except speaking practice keeps working fully.

4. How we use the data

• Running the App: saving your progress, syncing it with your account, and determining which content your subscription unlocks.
• Improving the content: finding which lessons are hard and which questions learners often miss.
• Academic research: the data is analyzed within a university graduation project in data analysis to study how the language is learned. In that context data is processed in aggregate or under pseudonyms, and no published result will reveal your personal identity.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers free content to try (the first three levels, the first three scenarios, and the first A1/A2 exam model), plus three separate paid packages:

• Learning + scenarios plan: monthly or annual, auto-renewing, cancellable anytime in Google Play.
• State-exam simulation plan: one week or one month, a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
• Constitution exam plan: one month, a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.

Prepaid packages simply end when their period ends, with no further charge; renewing them means buying them again by your own choice. All payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.

6. Where the data is stored and who can access it

Data is stored securely with Supabase (a cloud database) and transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is protected by security rules, and only the app team can view the data, for the purposes described above. The service providers we rely on technically are Google (sign-in, billing, and the phone's speech recognition) and Supabase (storage).

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you request account deletion, your personal data is deleted; we may keep anonymized data (which cannot be linked to you) for statistical and research purposes.

8. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other laws, you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can sign out from the "Account" page inside the App, and you can turn off usage collection at any time in Settings → Privacy (this does not affect your progress or subscription). To request access to your data or its full deletion, email support@kaskalba.com and we will action the request within 30 days.

9. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we collected data from a child under that age without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted here and inside the App, with the "Last updated" date above revised.
